  • You will automatically receive an Taxi2Cardiff Limited Journey Acknowledgement' email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the information we have received are accurate.

  • You will be contacted by the driver when the journey has been assigned this is normally a day before or few hours before the pickup time. You will be informed about the pick-up instructions. 

  • Taxi2Cardiff Limited does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. Traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather or any unforeseen conditions.

  • We advise passengers to plan 2 hours before flight departure to arrive at the airport to allow for possible unpredicted delays on the way to or from the airport. Taxi2Cardiff Limited will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if two hours check in time was not allowed.

  • You are free ofcourse to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure, however Taxi2Cardiff Limited accepts no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.

  • All passengers are advised to have suitable travel insurance prior to booking.

  • No compensation for expenses shall be reimbursed to any passengers not waiting for their driver and taking alternate transportation.

  • Taxi2Cardiff Limited does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact Taxi2Cardiff Limited customer services team immediately.

  • For passenger safety Taxi Licensing regulations require that all luggage be tightly fastened in the vehicle's trunk, please ensure this is taken into consideration when selecting a cab.

  • Taxi2Cardiff Limited reserves the right to refuse carriage of animals which were not agreed at the point of booking. All animals must be secured in an appropriate conveying box / crate. Taxi2Cardiff Limited accepts no responsibility for costs incurred from a failure to abide by these terms.

  • The precise route of your journey is down to the discretion of the driver on the day of travel, alternative routes that be requested and will be determined on a case-by - case basis by the driver.

  • Please make sure that you provide us with your arrival time and day in to the UK and not your departure date.

  • If you have any serious delays with your flight please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Taxi2Cardiff Limited use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.

  • Taxi2Cardiff Limited reserves the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.
