Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Jahanzeb Block, Iqbal Town, Lahore. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and providing support to our UK clientele.
Salary & Benefits:
✅ Probation Period (First 3 Months): PKR 30,000
✅ 3 Months EXPERIENCE: PKR 40,000
✅ 6 Months EXPERIENCE: PKR 45,000
✅ 1 Year EXPERIENCE: PKR 50,000 (Annual increments will also apply based on performance)
✅ Bonuses & Commissions: Additional earnings on all bookings you generate
✅ Annual Bonus: Equal to your total salary
Probation Period Details:
The first 3 months will be a training and learning period, where you will develop skills and gain experience in handling customer support and taxi bookings. After completing probation, your salary will increase to PKR 40,000, and after one year, it will further increase to PKR 50,000. Following that, annual increments will apply, along with bonuses and commissions.
Incentives & Earnings Potential:
💰 Commissions & Performance Incentives: Additional PKR 5,000 to 15,000 based on performance and bookings generated.
📈 High Earning Potential: Employees who master the booking system and customer interactions can significantly increase their earnings.
🏆 Additional Incentives: Performance-based rewards for school contracts, reliability, and punctuality.
⚠️ Important: You can only benefit from incentives and earnings potential once you are experienced and fully understand how to use the software and manage bookings with drivers. Your goal should be to learn the system as quickly as possible to maximize your earnings.
Working Hours:
📌 During Probation Period (First 3 Months): 8-hour shifts per day, 6 days a week.
📌 After 3-Month Probation Period:
4 days – 8-hour shifts
2 days – 12-hour shifts
Flexibility required for both night and day shifts
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with Google Maps
Ability to speak and understand English
Flexibility to work both night and morning shifts
